About The Founder
NICE TO MEET YOU
I’m Diana Kraemer, a holistic health & wellness activist.
I have over 20 years of experience in professional athletic training, integrative nutrition, health & wellness coaching, holistic fitness, guided meditation & yoga teaching, and planning bespoke events.
I started my journey of hard work in body practices at the age of 6 by becoming a professional gymnast, where failures were punished, diets were strict, and injuries were common. Because of my passion for body mastery and my tendency for hard work; I kept on competing as a professional athlete, while teaching in fitness centres and schools and collected certifications, like medals in the field of health, fitness and wellness. When I finally had a sense of freedom, I decided to do it from a completely different approach. I comprehended that there is a short cut and people do not need to go through a rigorous athletic upbringing to achieve holistic mastery (mind, body, emotional and behavioural mastery) and stay in excellent health. Because the key is well-balanced holistic fitness & wellness routines and inspired living that brings the most amazing results.
